I have Purchased pregnancy pillow, cover of which is torn within a month, poor stitching quality. I have raised complaints against the same for which they have promised me to send replacement cover however even after written mail, they haven't sent me the cover. I have sent reminder mail two times but still no response, its been two moths since they promised. considering the purpose for which pillow is bought, i expected coozly to be more sensitive but it is very disappointing experience with them.
