SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1) Packaging and delivery time
We understand your eagerness and hence We ship all our orders within 1 to 3 days of a successful payment / COD verification. In case of internationally shipped orders, it takes between 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
It takes around 5-12 working days to deliver your products depending on your location.
2) Preference of Courier:
We usually ship all our prepaid orders through our preferred partners such as Amazon Shipping, First Flight, DTDC, Professional Courier, Blue dart or India Post. In case of products that are shipped from an international location, it takes up to 2 weeks to 4 weeks for your order to be delivered. 3) Order Tracking
Upon Dispatch, You would receive an email with dispatch information and tracking id. We urge you to contact us if you haven’t received your order within the timelines mentioned in the email.
4) Exceptional Cases
We reserve the right to not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, incorrect information may lead to non-delivery of orders.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
At Coozly.co we mostly dispatch all our orders within 24 working hours and hence cancellation would only be possible before dispatching the product. You can contact us on +91 9152569063 or email us on Support@coozly.co for any specific requests.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
· Once washed, items can’t be returned or replaced.
- In case you are not happy with our product, we can only process a full refund or coupons at the moment. We are unable to process any exchanges at the moment. Your order will be refunded once we receive the item in original condition along with any freebies given at the time.
- In order to place a return request, please email support@coozly.co with photos of the item and your order details within 48 hours of receiving the product for smooth return and refund. You will have 15 days of return time to return the product to us from the time it reaches you.
- While we try our best to provide return pickup, in case the item is not available for return pickup, we will send you an address to courier it.
Please ensure below when couriering the product to us for return:
1) Ensure your order number, name, and phone number are clearly mentioned on the parcel
2) Ensure the parcel is shipped to us and reaches us within 15 days from your order receipt. We also request you to share tracking ID with us. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
3) To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact.
Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status. In case of an approved return, amount will be refunded back to your original payment mode.
In case of an approved return, amount will be credited to the original payment mode in 14 business days from parcel receipt.
Please note we may deduct shipping fees for orders where returns are found invalid or inconsistent with standard return procedures.
NOTE: Although we work towards a Zero error policy, we take full responsibility of products received by you having a manufacturing defect. Hence, in such cases FULL REFUND including any shipping costs borne by customer will be refunded by us
