I didn't buy this because I'm pregnant I bought it because instead of having seven pillows on the bed I can now use this to fulfill all of my bedtime needs. I’m not pregnant but this is the best thing ever! I have Lupus and I suffer from lower back pain, hip pain, and leg pain. I also struggle to sleep. This thing is massive, soft and amazing! I have always tossed and turned and slept on all sides possible in the night. I have now come across a problem where I can only comfortably sleep on my sides, and this pillow keeps me on one side all night. No more tossing and turning. And perfect for neck support! Bonus: it doubles as a bed for my cat to sleep with/on me.
