This pillow has helped me considerably. I have a torn meniscus in my right knee, lower back and neck pain when trying to sleep. This pillow helps to add just the right support in all the right areas.

I love this pillow. The cover is very soft, and the pillow is firm enough to provide excellent support. I love that I can position it for my needs and it stays where I need it. It works well for sleeping and just lounging around.

He wanted one after he saw my sister's I sent to her. He's just using it for comfortable sleeping, but has no real pain.

This is supper soft and easy to take cover on and off with the accessible zipper but it is not as big and puffy like the picture(probably half that “flufflyness”). You can easily flip one end to the other direction and is no stiffness whatsoever but is almost to squishy for it to be called a body pillow. Overall a good product if your looking for a more flexible pillow
