I bought this pillow at 14 wk pregnant. I tried it and I didn't like it. Then it lived in my floor for a month. But fast forward to mid second trimester much bigger bump, and I got tied of propping myself with 4 standard pillows and still being uncomfortable, so I thought I would give this pillow a go again. My pillows are quite thin, so I removed some stuffing from where my head would sit, then wallah - it became the most comfortable pillow ever! I could prop my leg over it and put the other end of the "C" below my bump. It also stopped me from turning onto my back if I tucked it nice and snug around me. This really was a lifesaver through second half, especially the last trimester my pregnancy.
