• We ship all our orders within 1 to 3 days
• It takes around 5-12 working days to deliver your products depending on your location.
• Once washed, items can’t be returned or replaced.
• In case you are not happy with our product, we can only process a full refund or coupons at the moment. We are unable to process any exchanges at the moment. Your order will be refunded once we receive the item in original condition along with any freebies given at the time.
• In order to place a return request, please whatsapp us using the website chatbot (on bottom right hand corner of every website page) with photos of the item and your order details within 48 hours of receiving the product for smooth return and refund. You will have 15 days to ensure that the product is returned to us for a return and refund.
• While we try our best to provide return pickup, in case the item is not available for return pickup, we will send you an address to courier it.
