Called their customer care. They gave me the updations and I was relieved. The product arrived today. Just wow.....Worth for the money paid. I also got a complimentary head support cushion with the purchase which was unexpected. The cushion is of great quality. The cushion came bend in the parcel but after opening, it came back to its normal shape. Very sturdy and hope the puffiness would last long. Loved the product. Am planning to get more stuff from the store.
