Potential designs but quality is lacking!

Quality has become less than what used to be. As delicate as I was to put the cloth on the pillow, the cloth's threads tore of easily. Plus, the zip similar to the previous product I purchased, is fragile and will break for sure in the near future. I got an extra bonus neck pillow. But its quality is really poor as compared to alternatives in the market. So that's going to the trash soon. Your various pillow designs are great. But please do not ignore the quality if you would like to remain in this business. I won't be buying your products anymore. The trust is gone.

Very comfortable! My apartment is tiny and a couch won't fit. I use this to lay on the floor and watch TV. Love it. I stick a yoga bolster under my knees and it's better than a recliner.
